1. Information We Collect

We collect account information (name, email), workspace and brand profiles, connected service credentials (encrypted at rest via AES-256-GCM), and generation run telemetry (token usage, execution time).

2. How We Use Data

We use your data strictly to deliver the content generation, editorial review, and multi-channel publishing services requested by you. We never sell your personal or business data.

3. AI Provider Disclosures

Prompts and content context are transmitted to enterprise AI inference providers (Anthropic, Google) solely to generate content. Our enterprise agreements prohibit your data from being retained or used for model training.

4. Subprocessors

• Supabase / AWS: Encrypted database and persistent storage.
• Anthropic & Google Cloud: Model inference APIs.
• Paddle: Billing and payment processing.
• Resend: Transactional and delivery emails.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your personal data. Workspace exports can be generated on demand. Deletion requests purge all workspace data from active databases within 24 hours.
