By accessing or using Conterity ("the Platform", operated by Dev99 Group), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
If you manage workspaces on behalf of third-party clients, you warrant that you have all necessary rights, approvals, and authority to generate, schedule, and publish content for those client brands.
You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights in the content, briefs, and articles produced through your account. Conterity does not train foundational AI models on your proprietary customer data.
Usage allowances (tokens, pieces, and client profiles) are dictated by your active plan subscription. Overage and add-on credit packs are non-refundable once consumed.
You may not use Conterity to generate unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or abusive material, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security and tenant isolation controls.
You may export your complete workspace content, version history, and audit logs at any time via the Workspace Export API. You may terminate your account and delete your data with immediate effect.
