Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Conterity ("the Platform", operated by Dev99 Group), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Workspaces & Agency Use

If you manage workspaces on behalf of third-party clients, you warrant that you have all necessary rights, approvals, and authority to research, write and use content for those client brands.

3. AI Content & Generation Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights in the content, briefs, and articles produced through your account. Conterity does not train foundational AI models on your proprietary customer data.

4. Usage Limits & Metering

Usage allowances (articles, bulk pages, websites, seats and AI usage) are set by your active plan. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once used. See Section 8 for the refund/cancellation policy covering the underlying subscription itself.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use Conterity to generate unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or abusive material, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security and tenant isolation controls.

6. Your Responsibility for Published Content

Conterity drafts and checks articles, but you decide what to publish. Before you use an article, you are responsible for reviewing it, making sure its claims are accurate and lawful, and following the rules of any site or platform where you publish it. Conterity does not publish or send anything on your behalf unless you connect a service and tell it to.

7. Data Portability & Termination

You may export your complete workspace content and version history at any time. You may terminate your account and delete your data with immediate effect.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

This section describes the policy for the subscription plans actually sold today (monthly and annual billing on the plans listed on our pricing page).

• Monthly plans: billed in advance each month; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No partial-month refund is issued for a cancellation mid-cycle, but you retain access and your plan's usage allowance through the end of that cycle.
• Annual plans: billed in advance for the full year at the discounted annual rate. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid annual term. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused months of an annual term except where required by applicable law, or at our discretion for a documented service failure on our part.
• Credit top-ups: non-refundable once any part has been used. An unused top-up may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
• Billing errors: a duplicate charge or a charge processed after a cancellation request was already confirmed will be refunded in full upon verification.
