Amazon seller leads: storefronts with a real weakness
A seller storefront with a thin review count or a visible rating gap has a specific, provable opportunity for a listing-optimization or ads pitch — not a generic "grow your Amazon business" claim.
How the signal is found
A conservative scraper reads the seller's own public storefront page for rating and review count — real code against a public page, used sparingly, never logged in (see our source file's ToS caveat). When a Keepa API key is configured, price and Best Seller Rank history corroborate a struggling or volatile listing; without one, the pipeline still runs on the storefront-scrape signal alone.
| Source | Maturity | What it checks |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon seller page scraper | Conservative scraper, ToS caveat | Rating, review count on the public storefront |
| Keepa | Stubbed pending a paid key | Price/BSR history (corroborating, when configured) |

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a weak Amazon listing detected?
A conservative scraper reads the seller's own public storefront page for review count and rating; the storefront must actually resolve with a parseable page before a lead is kept.
Is price/sales-rank history included?
When available: Keepa provides price and Best Seller Rank history, but it requires a paid API token. The client is real and works once a KEEPA_API_KEY is configured; without one, this pipeline still runs on the storefront-scrape signal alone.
